On September 4, 2013, members of the Lexington Park COPS Unit were patrolling the area of Lei Drive and came in contact with Thomas Oakley Burch III 49 years old who was on the property of the Three Oaks Shelter. Burch was previously issued a notice not to Trespass for the property. He was arrested by Deputy Krum and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.

On September 4, 2013, members of the Lexington Park COPS Unit observed Kirk Terrell Crafton 45 years old of Lexington Park loitering in the area of a local business off Shangri-La Drive. Crafton, who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, became disorderly when asked to leave and was arrested.

On September 5, 2013, Deputy Krum of the Lexington Park COPS Unit served a District Court Criminal Summons to Latisha Anita Bush 30 years old of Lexington Park charging her with Second Degree Assault and Property Destruction. The charges stem from a September 3, 2013 incident in which Deputy Krum responded to a disturbance at a residence on Great Mills Road involving Bush. During the incident, the victim alleges Bush punched through a window in an attempt to strike them.
